REQUIREMENTS:-
- Candidate must possess a Diploma OR Bachelor’s Degree in any technical discipline, such as Mathematics, Physics, Building Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- At least 5-6 years experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, computer literate and possess good analytical skills.
- Be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Enjoy working with a team but able to work independently.
- Posses valid driving licenses with own car and willing to travel (within Malaysia),

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and planning.
- Conduct presentations and seminars to potential prospects.
- Identify new market segments. Review and monitor project pipeline and sales budget.
- Liaise with consultants, specifiers, contractors, end users and government agencies.
- Develop and maintain contact with contractors and installer to meet sales target.
- Supervise lighting installations.
- Organize testing and commissioning of completed lighting projects,

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, or Secretarial qualification (optional) with 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Executive or in other secretarial position.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu & English – High level verbal and written communications skills.
- Competency in current office technology, and computer software including MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Discretion with personal and confidential information.
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Have a cheerful disposition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- You are the primary point of contact and communication between the executives, manager and management.
- Maintain a daily journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations.
- Monitor government/private client websites for tender announcements.
- Update and renew Company licences and product certificates.
- Supervise tender documentation.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
- Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and office equipment.
- Maintain a harmonious and positive office environment.
- To perform any ad-hoc task/other related jobs as assigned by superior/HOD.
